The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The outdoor areas were inviting and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were cozy and clean, offering a comfortable space to relax. The location was convenient, right in the heart of the bustling city center. The housekeepers were professional and made sure we had everything we needed.

In an area that at first seemed kind of sketchy but was ultimately not too far from things. Close to the souks but the main square is about a 15-minute walk to the square. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean rooms and the lovely breakfast. The staff was friendly and always available to help.

I had an incredible experience staying at this luxurious hotel within the Medina. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions in the old city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, giving an 'old fashioned personal' touch to everything they did. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills.
